QUIK-KUF AVIATION RESTRAINT SYSTEM TRAINING

Module One - Aviation Restraint System (6 hours)

Module one will leave the students proficient to 'Basic user' level.

• The Tokyo Convention 1963 and other relevant legislation
• Introduction to the safe and effective use of the Quik-Kuf rigid handcuff
• Basic Quik-Kuf rigid handcuff techniques
• Medical implications
• Duty of care
• Tactical teamwork based training
• Post incident reporting
• Pressure point control tactics

Module Two - Aviation Restraint System (12 hours/2 days)

Module Two includes all the topics covered in Module One as well the additional content listed.
