Name: Richard Strickland
Position: Director/Trainer

History: Richard has been involved in Conflict Management training for approximately 15 years. The vast majority of that time has been dedicated to training Police Officers in ‘Officer Safety’ in London. However Richard has also devised, developed and been involved with the training of staff and management in many private Companies as well as voluntary groups and organisations.
Like all the other Quik-Kuf Trainers he holds a current First Aid certificate. He is also a qualified MAYBO: Conflict Management & Physical Intervention Instructor, Physical training instructor, Exercise to Music instructor, Personal trainer and Masseur.

Name: Roger Hosiene
Position: Development Co-ordinator/Trainer

History: Roger has a long history of involvement in Conflict Management Training. Having had an interest in Judo, Karate and Aikido from an early age, he soon became involved in both training and competition. Roger has been devising and developing training courses for Police Officers and other agencies for well over 25 years. He is qualified as a trainer in many disciplines including the PPCT Management Systems Inc. Defensive Tactics and edged weapons course, the Close Quarters Combat course and Baton course. Roger has also completed the Prison Service’s Tactical Intervention Empty Hand Restraint and Control trainer’s course.
Roger is also First Aid trained and a MAYBO: Conflict Management & Physical Intervention Instructor.

Name: Simon Sellar
Position: Trainer/ I.T. co-ordinator

History: Simon has over 8 years experience in the world of Conflict Management training. For the last 5 years he has been a full-time instructor, teaching 'Officer Safety' to Police instructors and recruits. He has also delivered training to women's self-defence groups and other agencies. He is a qualified PPCT Management Systems Inc. Defensive Tactics and Edged-Weapon (Knife) Defence Instructor, a Reactive Protection Officers' Course Instructor, training bodyguards for Royalty and other dignitaries and has assisted in the development of training packages for Aviation Sky Marshals. Simon is also a MAYBO: Conflict Management & Physical Intervention Instructor; a qualified First Aider and holds a 2nd Dan black belt in Shotokan karate.
