MISSION

  • To provide clients with the knowledge and skills to deal effectively with the causes and consequences of violence and aggression in the workplace.

  • To create a safer working environment for every employer and employee.
  • To promote, through effective training, a preventative and proactive attitude towards the management and the diffusion of conflict.
  • To instil in employees confidence, and a positive awareness when presented with a violent or potentially violent situation.
